What clearly matters in this world is Our Time Together. I am not talking about just Jeff and Paula and John now, but you and your family too. All of us nurture relationships as only humans can. To be human, to express one's native humanity, is to interact with others with kind and uplifting words and behaviors. Fostering and nurturing relationships is the most fundamental of human gifts, and those who do it well are sought out and recognized for their life-affirming spirit. Ambassadors and presidents require this spark of humanity as well, for wars are waged in the aftermath of their failings.
